Law Dogs Driver Education is a family-owned local business built on the belief that safer communities start with quality education—and that begins with our instructors. We hire only certified law enforcement officers or instructors with at least 12 years of law enforcement experience. Our founder and CEO, Kathleen Peterson, started teaching high school students in 1997, the same year her husband Ty launched his career as a police officer. Drawing on her teaching background, Kathleen designed a state-certified curriculum and blended it with Ty’s real-world police training to create a premier driving school. Today, every instructor combines Kathleen’s educational philosophy with law enforcement insight, delivering a level of driver education that simply can’t be matched.
