Roe's Premier Driving Academy

Kathleen Roe is the owner and operator of Roe’s Premier Driving Academy LLC. Over the past 39 years, she has provided classroom, simulator, and behind-the-wheel instruction to more than 20,000 students, primarily at Mukwonago High School. In addition to driver education, she previously taught the Developing Personal Responsibility elective. Kathleen holds bachelor’s degrees in Traffic Safety and Elementary Education, along with a master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health. She currently serves as Vice President of the Waukesha County Highway Traffic Safety Commission and is a member of the Waukesha County Child Fatality Review Team. Toby Ackerman began teaching driver education at Mukwonago High School in 1973. After coaching multiple sports and serving as the school’s Athletic Director, he retired to focus on his family but continues to teach driving lessons part-time. Steve Rick is a current English teacher at Mukwonago High School and has been teaching driver education there since 2002. John Kamps, a current Tech Ed teacher at Mukwonago High School, has taught driver education through MPS and commercially since 1988. All instructors at Roe’s Premier Driving Academy LLC are fully licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and the Department of Transportation.
