We don't just teach the method, though. Our instructors exceed the state requirements for a driving instructor’s license, and they will work closely with each student and motivate them to become a better driver. At Roadsafe we truly believe that real success comes when everyone work together starting with the students, instructors, and parents. At Roadsafe, your student’s instructor will work with you and your teen to make sure we’re all delivering a consistent message. We use the Washington Risk Prevention Curriculum. The course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction, 6 hours behind the wheel and 1 to 4 hours observation.

At Roadsafe Driving Academy our prices are within the market value for Seattle. We provide you with teen or adult lessons. We use the Washington Risk Prevention Curriculum. The course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction, 6 hours behind the wheel and 1 to 4 hours observation. At the Roadsafe Driving Academy we provide a more individualized experience through small class sizes to meet the demands of today’s ever changing and challenging driving environment. The students are required to do 30 hours of class. They may miss up to 4 sessions, all of which must be made up. Students can make up missed classes by attending the same class missed the following month. All arrangements for make-up can be made by contacting our office (206) 556-3724. Have current WA ID or visit any local Department of Licensing Office and provide proper ID (Green Card, Passport, Government issued Photo ID, Military ID and Social Security Number) or Pre-Apply online (For applicant who is new to Washington or applicant who never had a WA Instructional Permit, Driver License or ID). After completed, you will receive a Confirmation Number (LIC#). Be sure to print out or write down this number. This number will allow us to enter your test score into the DOL System. Knowledge Test consists of 40 multiple choice questions in seven languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish or Vietnamese). Study information contained in the Washington State Driver Guide. You must answer at least 32 questions to pass the Knowledge Test. Knowledge Test fee is $25 with second attempt FREE on the same day & walk-ins are accepted! For the driving test have current WA ID or WA Instructional Permit or provide proper ID and Pre-Apply Online. Applicant don't have current Instructional Permit, we will provide a "Temporary Authorization to Drive Form" for applicant. Bring your vehicle OR our vehicle, with your car bring proof of auto Insurance & have current auto license tab. At Roadsafe we charge $55 with your own car and $85 on our school cars.
