For over a decade, Bal Driving School has served drivers across Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties. As a DOL-approved testing center, we make the path from classroom lessons to your driver’s license straightforward and stress-free. Visit us at our Bellingham, Lynnwood, or Mount Vernon locations.
