Swift Creek Driver Improvement

Our class blends video lessons with guided discussion. We use the “Program for Driver Improvement” (PDI), developed by Driver Training Associates in Winter Haven, Florida, and approved by the Virginia DMV. Unlike many driver improvement programs, PDI focuses on driver attitude and how it shapes your behavior behind the wheel. We also touch on rules of the road and driving laws, but we avoid overwhelming you with equations, formulas, or legal jargon. Our goal is simple: you leave the class actually remembering what you learned—because it was presented in a clear, memorable way that just makes sense, not because we drilled it into you. We’ve been a certified Driver Improvement Clinic since 2001. Over the past 18-plus years, we’ve taught more than 7,000 students.
