PowerRide University is Northern Virginia’s trusted leader in motorcycle education. Whether you have never sat on a bike, are riding without an endorsement, or are a seasoned motorcyclist looking to refine your skills, we have a course for you. Locally owned and operated in Prince William County, our school pairs you with experienced, certified Rider Coaches who prioritize safe, confident, and enjoyable riding. We offer introductory, basic, and advanced programs for riders aged 16 and up. Fully approved by the Virginia Department of Rider Education and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, our training takes place on a secure, closed circuit using our fleet of lightweight school motorcycles. These easy-to-manage bikes let you focus entirely on building core skills before confidently transitioning to your personal machine. In addition to our standard courses, the PRU staff is available to visit your riding club or group for free educational sessions. We gladly lead discussions on general motorcycle safety, group riding etiquette, and individual riding techniques. Our goal is to promote road safety and awareness across the riding community, and we would welcome the chance to connect with fellow riders.
