A Metropolitan Driving School

A Metropolitan Driving School, LLC was founded in 1976 by Bradford Jordan with a clear vision: to give the Metro-Richmond area a driving school that combines a clean, safe learning environment with exceptional instruction. We have upheld that standard ever since. Our focus is on teaching confidence, defensive driving, and alertness—and we always put you first. All of our instructors are state-certified in their areas of expertise, and safety is our priority. We make sure you receive accurate, up-to-date information on traffic laws, driving techniques, and the latest technology and equipment. Community Initiative We’ve also made a personal commitment to help domestic violence survivors gain the knowledge and skills needed to earn a driver’s license. This initiative began in 2007 after we heard a survivor’s story, and it moved us to give back. We understand that a driver’s license represents freedom and independence—the ability to travel toward your own future. Too often, victims of domestic violence find it difficult to leave an abusive situation because they lack mobility. We want to empower those in need with the tools to succeed.
