Overview
At Swift, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of honesty. Integrity and ethics are at the heart of how we do business, beginning with how we treat each other. We keep our promises, and if we fall short, we own it. That personal accountability is what allows us to earn your trust and deliver on our commitments.
Our employees, officers, and board members are central to our governance—they’re empowered to protect and balance the interests of everyone we serve. This Code of Conduct sets out the principles they’re expected to uphold. It addresses their responsibilities toward one another, toward the public, and toward all other stakeholders. Everyone at Swift, from staff to board members, must follow this Code, along with any related policies or guidelines in our employee handbook.
