Welcome to Apex Cycle Education, the leading provider of two- and three-wheel motorcycle safety training in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Our programs range from basic licensing to advanced riding, featuring both closed-course and on-street, in-traffic instruction. Apex Cycle Education is certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, the Evergreen Safety Council, and Total Control Training. We are licensed by the Virginia DMV and provide approved motorcycle riding license test waivers in Washington, DC.
