AA Driving Academy

Since opening our doors in 1994, AA Driving Academy has been dedicated to one clear mission: teaching safe, responsible, and accountable driving. Over the years, we’ve trained and licensed more than 70,000 student drivers. We offer a complete range of services designed to fit your needs. Our specialty is collision-free, defensive driving instruction, reinforced by solid classroom theory. This blend gives students a thorough understanding of road rules and regulations. We provide behind-the-wheel training, driver improvement courses, reckless and aggressive driving programs, driver education, and re-examination courses. Our instructor team sets us apart. Several are active or retired police officers with years of hands-on experience in traffic law enforcement, emergency driving, collision investigation, and traffic court. Every instructor is a college graduate who has completed specialized collegiate-level training in driver education. They are licensed by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, certified by the American Automobile Association and the National Safety Council, and undergo annual FBI background checks along with DMV driving record audits. AA Driving Academy is fully licensed, certified, insured, and bonded.
