Rally Ready Driving School

Despite its wide-open landscapes and rich history, Texas has long lacked world-class gravel roads, making it difficult for rally racing to find a permanent home here. Rally Ready founder Dave Carapetyan set out to change that. After discovering his passion for the sport, he began traveling across the country in 2004 to compete and study the elements that make rally racing so exceptional. After every event, the team shared a clear goal: to bring a dedicated rally facility to Texas. So, we built it. We hosted our first classes in the spring of 2012. By June 2015, Rally Ready moved into its permanent location, the Rally Ranch. Located on 140 acres just 15 minutes east of the Circuit of the Americas, the property is now the hub for Texas rally racing. The facility offers everything from wide, open pastures perfect for beginner instruction to narrow, tree-lined stages featuring jumps, crests, and blind corners. Every course is designed specifically to deliver a professional-grade experience for rally enthusiasts. Maintaining the main 25 acres of our property requires meticulous, ongoing care. While paved circuits only need occasional repairs, a gravel track must be constantly graded, bladed, raked, packed, and rolled to stay race-ready. Dirt and debris scatter quickly, making regular upkeep essential to track performance and vehicle safety. We also run a water truck continuously for dust suppression, keeping the air clear and breathable so you can focus on the drive and return home ready to share the experience.
