Vista Ridge Driving School

Students must be at least 14 years old to enroll. At 15, students become eligible to receive their completion certificate and begin behind-the-wheel lessons with our instructors. To qualify for a full Texas driver’s license, students must be at least 16 years old and hold a Learner’s License for at least six months. On the third day of class, you will receive the certificate needed to obtain your Texas Learner’s License from the Department of Public Safety. Once you have completed all classroom hours, finished seven driving sessions with our instructor, and logged 30 hours of practice driving with a parent, you can schedule your driving test directly with us. Please note that the parent driving log must be completed through the student portal at www.schedule2drive.com. Classes run Monday through Friday for three weeks, plus a final two-hour session on the last Saturday. Check our class schedule to see when the next session begins. The total cost is $399.00 per student.
