Tony Hancock and Thomas Collins, both certified law enforcement officers, founded C.O.P.S Driving Academy to share their expertise and help young drivers gain the skills to avoid collisions and stay safe. After full careers in public safety, moving into driver education was a natural fit. Our team is led by dedicated professionals, including two of only nine Law Enforcement Master Instructors in South Carolina. Every educator brings years of hands-on experience in law enforcement and highway safety, so students receive focused, expert instruction—not part-time coaching.
