Overview
Tri-City Raceway Park (formerly Tri-City Speedway and Franklin Speedway) is a half-mile dirt oval in Oakland Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania. It sits southwest of Franklin, with the Borough of Sugarcreek even closer, nestled between Franklin and Oil City to the southeast. The track has hosted multiple World of Outlaws Late Model events, a (now defunct) National Sprint Tour race, Super DIRTcar Series shows, and several All-Star Circuit of Champions races.
