Founded in 2011 by Gary Shaw, PA PRIDE, LLC was created to support workforce development and promote driving safety. Originally focused on creating employment opportunities in rural Northwest Pennsylvania, we now offer training programs across Venango, Allegheny, Armstrong, and Erie Counties. Gary Shaw brings years of experience in workforce development and operations management from a leading CDL training provider. His mission is to simplify the path to employment by bringing professional, industry-aligned training closer to home. We build our programs around what local employers actually need, ensuring the right candidates receive the right preparation for the right positions. At PA PRIDE, LLC, quality instruction is our standard. Our teaching team brings more than 80 years of combined driving and training experience.
