Honey Grove, Pennsylvania (PA)
AAA Central Penn
Overview
Soon after the first horseless carriages took to American roads, motorists began organizing local automobile clubs. In 1902, when just 23,000 cars shared the country’s streets with 17 million horses, 50 regional motoring groups gathered in Chicago on March 4 to establish the American Automobile Association. For more than a century, AAA has remained committed to shaping the future of travel by championing safe, efficient highways and advocating for a multi-modal transportation network that is affordable and accessible to all.
Today, AAA is a not-for-profit federation of motor clubs serving more than 59 million members across the United States and Canada. Operating as a fully tax-paying organization, AAA extends its reach globally through partnerships with international motoring groups, providing members with travel benefits in 130 countries across six continents.
We exist for our members, and we judge everything we do by how well it serves their needs.
