Our team brings together deep expertise in both daily operations and curriculum and instruction.
As Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Brad stands out for his exceptional qualifications. He’s a licensed Oregon teacher and an ODOT-approved safe driving instructor who currently teaches classroom and behind-the-wheel driver education for our local community college. Brad earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from George Fox University, graduating as a highly recommended teacher candidate with a 4.0 GPA. He brings more than 15 years of experience as an educator and curriculum designer across diverse settings. A former professional actor, Brad’s presentation skills create engaging, entertaining classes that keep students involved while they learn.
As Director of Operations, Kim draws on 20 years of experience managing an office and administrative staff. She is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in all standard office applications. Kim is also adept at setting up and maintaining record-keeping systems like those required by ODOT. Her years in business have built a strong network of contacts and connections throughout the business community and beyond.

Training Programs

Themed Driving Lesson
We offer six themed one hour driving lessons that build on one another, culminating in a complete safe driving series. Individual lessons include vehicle location and lane position, neighborhood driving and backing situation, city driving, freeway skills, parking 101, and hills, curves, and rural driving.

Simulated Drive Test
This is a one hour simulated drive test that evaluates all the skills needed to pass the DMV Skills Test. Upon completion, the instructor will provide an assessment of your readiness, including what areas need attention before attempting the exam.

Safe Driver Series
The teen driver series includes all six themed drives and a practice driving exam. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Certificate of Completion that could lead to a potential discount on your insurance and are eligible for 2 hours of free touch up instruction if you do not pass the DMV Skills Test.

Personalized Lessons
These lessons offer the opportunity for specific, tailored driving instruction. Included in the first lesson is a free half hour driving evaluation to determine your current skill level, followed by the development of a personalized driving program designed to meet your specific needs.
