Wheeler’s Driving School is a local, family-owned business dedicated to giving every student the highest quality instruction and personal attention. We focus on safety, building excellent driving skills, and making sure each student feels comfortable behind the wheel. Sam DeBella, the current owner of Wheeler’s in Troy and Vandalia, has been with the company for nine years. He started as an instructor and still teaches today. A Troy resident, Sam takes great pride in keeping Wheeler’s a truly local business. Together with the entire team, he offers the kind of safe, personable instruction you won’t find anywhere else.
