Jeff Caldwell recently retired after a 30-year career in law enforcement, where he spent most of his time in a motorcycle traffic enforcement unit. A certified traffic crash reconstructionist, he specialized in investigating fatal traffic collisions and is a graduate of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Emergency Vehicle Operation Instructors Course. Jeff has been part of our school from the very beginning — starting as a behind-the-wheel instructor, then stepping into a management role in April 2006. Today, he focuses on advancing new driver training and exploring modern teaching methods. His mission is to move students well beyond the basics, helping them become more skilled, aware, and knowledgeable drivers.
