Wheeler’s Driving School is a locally owned company dedicated to providing expert driving instruction with a personal touch. We’re also deeply invested in the communities we serve and constantly look for ways to grow and give back. Owner Sam DeBella manages our Troy and Vandalia locations. A Troy resident himself, Sam has been with Wheeler’s for nine years. He started as an instructor and still teaches in-car lessons, reflecting our hands-on, student-first approach. With Sam and the entire Wheeler’s team, you’ll receive patient, safety-focused instruction tailored to your pace and goals.
