Since 2000, FIRST MSP has been dedicated to training new and returning riders. We help you ride safely and earn your motorcycle license through the NYSMSP Road Test Waiver Program, so you can fully enjoy the sport. Our courses follow the Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s proven training systems, which have brought comprehensive, standardized rider education to more than two million participants since 1973.
