RIMS Driving School

RIMS Driving School is owned and operated by Suzanne Rimington. We provide both classroom instruction and personalized one-on-one in-car driving lessons. All 5-Hour Pre-License courses are taught by Suzanne, who is licensed by the State of New York Department of Motor Vehicles to instruct the 5-Hour Pre-License Course and the 6-Hour Defensive Driving Course. Our classes deliver the most current information in a comfortable, supportive environment—because not all driving schools teach the same material, and you deserve to know that you or your child are learning up-to-date skills. As owner and instructor, I am passionate about making the roads safer for everyone. Having an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor truly makes a difference in the classroom. Until further notice, all classes are held exclusively on Zoom and are open to students ages 16 and older. In-person class locations include: Courtyard by Marriott Kingston Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall Galleria at Crystal Run Mall We offer comfortable seating, and students enjoy the convenience of the food court during breaks.
