Mesilla Park, New Mexico (NM)
Mesilla Driving Academy
Training families since 2015
Overview
Our mission is to provide high-quality driver education at an affordable price. Our state-approved classroom and correspondence curriculum prepares students for their permit, provisional license, and full driver’s license. The program includes the required six hours of state-mandated DWI awareness training, and all completion certificates are included in the tuition (state testing fees are separate). Our classroom instruction exceeds New Mexico’s Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) requirements. To save on costs and accommodate busy schedules, we encourage families to complete all behind-the-wheel training together at home. This approach eliminates the hassle and expense of booking driving appointments, allowing you to teach your teen at a pace that fits your family’s lifestyle.

NM GDL Driver's Ed Program
New Mexico's three-stage licensing process allows teens to gradually gain exposure to complex driving situations, easing them into driving over an extended period of time. The learner’s permit and provisional stages are key steps.
