Your road skills test is made up of a parking test followed by a driving test. During the driving portion, you'll navigate a route of about 10 miles that includes a mix of city streets, residential neighborhoods, and expressway driving.

Auto Driving Skills Test
If providing the vehicle, you must show a valid proof of insurance and current registration. All operational and safety equipment must be in working order.
