Able Testing LLC

Founded in 1995 by Sheriff Douglass Harvey, Able Testing Company is a family-owned and operated business. Today, it is led by Douglass’s son, Robert Harvey, who runs the company alongside Robert’s son, Halley, and John, a longtime friend who has been with Able Testing since 1995. We are a state-certified testing facility that strictly follows all Michigan guidelines to help you earn your driver’s license. We provide auto tests for first-time drivers, whether you are a recent driver’s ed graduate or an adult getting licensed for the first time. We also administer road tests for motorcycles and all commercial driver’s licenses (CDL). While we take our responsibility seriously, we understand that taking a driving test can be stressful. You can count on our team for friendly, professional service in a relaxed environment. We treat every applicant fairly and take the time to ensure you feel calm and comfortable before your exam begins. We are authorized to test for every Michigan license classification, including standard automobiles, motorcycles, and all commercial vehicles.
