Our mission is to help West Michigan families raise safe, conscientious drivers. We offer a supportive learning environment where students build confidence behind the wheel and develop a respectful attitude toward others. Our skilled instructors combine practical driving skills with humor, insight, and steady encouragement through classroom sessions, on-the-road driving, and range practice. We’re here to support both students and parents—your questions, feedback, and ideas are always welcome. Rob Ockerse holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Education from Grand Valley State University. After retiring from Zeeland Public Schools in 2014, he has continued a driver education career that began in 1990, teaching and directing programs in Zeeland, Holland, Jenison, and Hamilton. Cherie Ockerse earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a marketing major from Central Michigan University. She brings sharp administrative and organizational skills from retail management, business-to-business marketing in local manufacturing, and managing the behind-the-scenes details of her husband’s work.
