Elimu Driving School

Elimu Driving School was established in June 2016 as a division of the Elimu Tutoring and Training Center. Our founder, Julie Weche, is a former Baltimore City Public Schools teacher with a Master’s in Education focused on teaching methods. She studied at the University of Maryland, the University of Alberta in Canada, and Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya. Julie began her career as a high school teacher in Kenya before serving as director of the University of Botswana’s early childhood learning center. Her educational background gives her a deep passion for instruction and a wealth of experience working effectively with young learners. We operate from a safe, easily accessible location with ample parking, creating a comfortable and supportive environment for every student.
