  • Driver Education

    This MVA certified course is a 36 hour Driver education course. This course is required for all Maryland residence regardless of age in order to receive a license.

  • Driver Improvement or Young Driver Improvement

    You may be assigned to the Driver Improvement Program (DIP) by the MVA, the Courts, or an Administrative Law Judge, because you are suspended or revoked, or received your first moving violation while holding a provisional license. Best Driving Academy offers this course both in class and online. Once this step is complete you can schedule a time to come and take a short exam where you must pass with a 80% or more. Both completion of the class and a passing score of 80% is required to fulfill MVA requirements.

  • Private Driving Lessons

    are offered for individuals who desire more practice of the MVA driving course (including on the course and road route). Students who select this service will also have the comfort of using one of Best Driving Academy's cars to take the MVA test. This class is payable in cash on the day of class.

  • Driver Improvement

    You may be assigned to the Driver Improvement Program (DIP) by the MVA, the Courts, or an Administrative Law Judge, because you are suspended or revoked, or received your first moving violation while holding a provisional license. Only 18 years and older may complete this online. This online class is free! However, in order to satisfy your MVA REQUIREMENT and receive a Driver Improvement Program (DIP) completion certificate you must complete the online sessions. Once this step is complete you can schedule a time to come and take a short exam where you must pass with a 80% or more. This test is required whether you take an online program or a classroom program.
