Dominion Driver Improvement Program

Our program builds on the driving knowledge you already have. You will learn defensive driving techniques and take time to evaluate your personal driving habits and goals. We review essential best practices, covering common driver errors, how to stay aware of changing road conditions, and the serious consequences of impaired driving. We also address risk factors that particularly impact Virginia drivers, including aggressive driving, hazard recognition, and fatigue. We offer the National Safety Council’s Defensive Driving Course, which has set the standard for driver training since 1964. This program holds the highest success rate for reducing the frequency, severity, and associated costs of traffic collisions.
