Overview
Maryland Driving School specializes in driving courses assigned by the Maryland MVA and state court systems.
We are proud to offer an MVA-certified Driver’s Education program for new Maryland drivers, featuring 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training.
For individuals fulfilling DWI/DUI requirements, we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. The first steps toward getting back on track are completing a formal assessment and consulting with an attorney. This evaluation determines whether you are classified as a "social drinker" or a "problem drinker" to help guide your next steps.

DUI & DWI 12 Hour AEP & Ignition Interlock
Maryland Driving School has helped thousands of our clients get back on track after obtaining a DUI or DWI. We can provide our clients with the state certified 12-hour Alcohol Education Program (12-hour AEP). This program is certified by the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Administration (now OHCQ) as a level 0.5 early intervention DUI/DWI education program.

36-Hour Drivers Education Hammond
This course is for Howard County HS School Students Only. This is the 36-hour course required by MVA for students obtaining a MD license. This includes the 30-hours of classroom and 6-hours of behind the wheel. Note This is the bare minimum required by MVA. Additional hours can be purchased for drivers needing additional practice.

This is an additional 2 hours of behind-the-wheel practice with one of our certified driving instructors. This can give you additional preparation for your MVA driving test.
