AA Driving Academy

Since 1994, AA Driving Academy has pursued a single goal: teaching safe, responsible, and accountable driving. Over the years, more than 70,000 students have graduated from our program, building the skills and confidence they need behind the wheel. We offer a full range of services centered on collision-free, defensive driving techniques. Our approach pairs hands-on behind-the-wheel practice with solid classroom theory, giving you a deep understanding of road rules and regulations. Whether you need driver education, a driver improvement course, reckless/aggressive driving remediation, or help preparing for a re-examination, we’re here to support your driving needs. What truly sets us apart is our team. Several instructors are active or retired police officers, bringing years of experience in traffic law enforcement, emergency driving, collision investigation, and court proceedings. Every instructor is a college graduate, professionally trained, and holds specialized collegiate-level credentials in driver education. All are licensed by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, certified by the American Automobile Association and the National Safety Council, and undergo annual FBI background checks and DMV driving record audits. AA Driving Academy is fully licensed, certified, insured, and bonded.
