Overview
Leo Corriveau founded Elm Auto School in West Springfield, MA, in 1954. Shortly after, he acquired M&M Driving School at 57 Meadow Street in Westfield, MA, and later renamed it Westfield Driving School. His daughter, Donna Corriveau Hoernig, began teaching with the school in 1976 and served as co-owner until Leo passed away in 2008. At that point, Donna, her husband Robert Hoernig, and her son Kurt Hoernig took over ownership of Westfield Driving School. Donna had also previously purchased O'Rourke's Auto School in Florence, MA. Now retired, Donna has passed the business on; today, Kurt Hoernig and his wife, Natalie, are the current owners.
