Mom's Driving Academy

Mom's Driving Academy opened in 2011 and is owned and operated by Susan Menville. Susan is the mother of a 32-year-old graduate of St. Joseph's Academy and a 22-year-old graduate of Catholic High School, so she truly understands parents' concerns about their teens learning to drive safely. She's committed to teaching responsible driving skills. Mom's Driving Academy is state certified and licensed, and approved by the Department of Public Safety and the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles. All our instructors are experienced, dedicated, and passionate. Student driving lessons are always private, with one-on-one instruction to ensure safety and maximize learning time. We respect your time and work hard to schedule driving lessons within days or weeks after your student completes the classroom instruction.
