Overview

The Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders’ Program (SATOP) is a statewide network of court-ordered services designed to address alcohol and drug-related driving offenses in Missouri. Its goal is to provide a practical community-based response that helps offenders. If you’ve been referred by the court, you’ll be connected to an Offender Management Unit—like Accredited Traffic Offender Services—where a certified professional will conduct a state-approved screening. All SATOP providers must hold certification from the Missouri Department of Mental Health’s Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
