At Drive Home Safe Driving School, owner Dennis Harper brings three decades of law enforcement experience to every lesson. A retired police officer, Dennis spent 25 years teaching the Emergency Vehicle Operators Course: Train the Trainer program for the Illinois Police Training Board. As a Traffic Accident Reconstruction Specialist and detective, he investigated everything from minor collisions to serious criminal cases. He is also a seasoned traffic law educator and experienced public speaker. Now an Illinois-licensed driver education instructor, Dennis teaches defensive driving to teens and adults in Geneva and Oswego. His career has always centered on a single mission: preventing accidents, reducing injuries, and saving lives.
