Licensed by the state of Illinois since 2005, Mr. D’s Driving School is owned and operated by Philip Douglas—better known as “Mr. D.” We’re dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality driver education in the classroom and behind the wheel to students throughout the Metro East community. Centrally located in downtown Belleville, Illinois, we’ve helped more than 3,000 students earn their driver’s licenses.
