Mid-America Academy of Driving

Mid-America Academy of Driving was founded by a retired police officer who brings more than 31 years of law enforcement experience and an additional nine years of driving instruction to every lesson. In July 2017, we welcomed three dedicated employees to the team, expanding our ability to help your loved ones build safe, confident driving habits. Whether someone is a young adult getting behind the wheel for the first time or a seasoned driver looking for a refresher, we provide a professional, relaxed atmosphere that encourages learning and builds confidence. After responding to devastating car crashes involving young adults for over three decades, our founder chose to dedicate retirement to preventing unnecessary loss of life. At Mid-America Academy of Driving, we prepare Missouri drivers for the real-world hazards they may face on the road and teach them how to navigate around those hazards calmly and correctly. Our instructors give each client their full time and attention, making sure they don’t just pass the Missouri driver’s exam, but also stay safe behind the wheel for years to come.
