Don’t have your CDL-A yet? That’s fine. The CRST Driving Academy gives you the training and confidence you need to hit the road, with a job ready for you once you graduate.
Recent grads are welcome too. Our four-day orientation and paid, hands-on training get you behind the wheel fast. And you can earn up to seven pay raises in your first year.
You’ll always have support from our top-notch safety team and maintenance pros, who keep you rolling with modern trucks and equipment. Experienced drivers may also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Train to be a Driver
What is a CDL-A License? A Class A CDL is the only Commercial Driver’s License that lets you drive vehicles weighing more than 26,001 pounds, including towed vehicles weighing more than 10,000 pounds, and to operate across state lines. You must be 21 years of age or over to obtain an interstate Class A CDL.
