Overview
Ron Bandy brings a deep background in driver education to the classroom. He previously taught defensive driving to United States Postal Service letter carriers and driver education at Kirkwood Community College. Today, he is an active member of the Iowa Association of Safety Education and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and he holds certification as an instructor with the Iowa Motorcycle Rider Education Program. Ron also graduated from the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Academy, qualifying him to teach the Rider’s Edge Program, and he serves as an AARP driver safety instructor.
