Overview

The Fourteenth Judicial Circuit DUI Program is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization focused on education and safety training. As part of Chemical Addictions Recovery Effort, Inc., we’ve been championing safe, healthy driving since 1973. Our mission is to improve highway safety through educational services. We’re guided by a Board of Directors made up of dedicated business and civic leaders volunteering to build a safer community, and an Advisory Committee that offers additional guidance.

Training Programs

  • Level I DUI Program

    Course for a first time DUI, Reckless Driving with alcohol, or controlled substance charge. Twelve hours of classroom education and an evaluation.

  • Level II DUI Program

    For anyone who has participated in a DUI course prior to this offense and/or has more than one DUI or an offense resulting in referral to a DUI Program. Twenty-one hours of classroom education and an evaluation.

  • Special Supervision Services: In 1986 Florida Statute 322.271 made provisions

    complete required substance abuse treatment refrain from operating a motor vehicle for an established time period and refrain from the use of alcohol and other drugs for an established time period prior to application and while in the Special Supervision Program. Applicants must demonstrate a significant change in lifestyle and behavior to be considered trustworthy to drive on a restricted basis. Additional fees apply.
