A Treasure Coast Driving School

Our instructors at A Treasure Coast Driving School are active public school teachers who hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education, along with official driver education certifications. This background ensures our teaching methods are relevant, relatable, and highly professional. When learning to drive, don’t settle for anything less than a certified teacher. A Treasure Coast Driving School was founded on a summer day in 1990, after the parent of a Martin County High School summer driving student asked the student’s teacher for private lessons. The parent and teen had experienced too much friction behind the wheel, so the teacher stepped in to help. That day, our founder, John Bolen, recognized he could teach new drivers far more effectively using targeted techniques. Those early methods were carefully refined into a copyrighted curriculum now used by school districts across Florida and commercial driving schools nationwide. What began as a single summer request has grown into a 22-car fleet. Today, we fulfill driver education needs for local school districts and serve students and families across Florida and the United States, helping every new driver build safe, confident habits that last a lifetime.
