Crossroads Driving School

Overview
Our online and behind-the-wheel curriculum focuses on safe driving practices, covering traffic regulations, road signs, vehicle controls, the IPDE (Identify, Predict, Decide, Execute) process, and essential car handling skills. We place strong emphasis on risk awareness, responsible driver behavior, and the serious impact of drugs and alcohol on driving. Successfully completing our Crossroads state-approved driver education program prepares students to become confident, mature, and safe drivers. We also strongly encourage family involvement. Because ongoing support at home has the greatest long-term impact, families play a crucial role in helping new drivers minimize risks.
Our course is designed to give students a solid foundation in both driving fundamentals and responsible decision-making. Through 30 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of on-road practice, students will learn to:
• Understand and follow all traffic laws and vehicle operating procedures.
• Recognize how physical and mental conditions affect driving performance.
• Apply their training to navigate local roads and highways safely and competently.
• Make responsible driving choices, whether alone or with passengers.
