Nationwide is the oldest privately owned driving school in West Hartford. We've trained thousands of students in the essential skills they need to drive safely. It's been deeply rewarding to serve the community for over 50 years—now teaching the sons and daughters of our very first students.

Today's driving world looks nothing like what most adults remember. Cars are safer, more refined, and more reliable than ever, but they're also much quicker. Auto advertising often shows vehicles racing along, which fuels unrealistic expectations. While adults can recognize the marketing hype, teens often can't. And through no fault of their own, teens naturally tend to overestimate their own driving abilities.
