PathFinders 4X4

Pathfinders 4x4 was co-founded by Cam Benton alongside Jeff Coates and Ted Senter, with Cam overseeing all day-to-day operations. A former college athlete and coach, Cam transitioned into the business world and quickly earned national recognition as a sales trainer for financial professionals. He built a successful financial planning practice, developed a proprietary sales and marketing system now used by hundreds of agents nationwide, and created a stock market trading strategy for independent investors. Today, he continues to share his expertise as a sales and business consultant for select companies.

Beyond his consulting work, Cam is deeply committed to supporting young talent and building community. Recognizing the challenges student-athletes face, he founded a scouting agency that connects top high school performers with college scholarship opportunities at www.ProActiveScouting.com. His wide-ranging background also includes semi-professional photography specializing in outdoor and engagement portraits, officiating as a CHSAA-certified wrestling official, and single-handedly building his four-bedroom home in Colorado.

Aviation has been another lifelong pursuit. After teaching himself to fly an ultralight, Cam earned his private and commercial pilot certificates, along with ratings for instrument, floatplane, and tailwheel aircraft. He holds endorsements for formation flying, aerobatics, and spin recovery, and has competed as a three-time national champion air racer.

That same hands-on mechanical curiosity extends to tractors, airplanes, and especially off-road vehicles. A self-taught mechanic, Cam thrives on the relationship between operator and machine. His practical expertise and passion for the trail directly inspired his deep involvement in the 4x4 community and the foundation of Pathfinders 4x4.
