Overview
At Pacific Motorcycle Training, students master riding fundamentals, build the confidence to ride safely, and seamlessly progress into advanced techniques. We offer classes at six convenient locations: South San Francisco, San Bruno (across from Tanforan Mall and BART), Salinas near the Monterey Bay Area, Woodland/Sacramento, Livermore on the Las Positas College campus, and San Jose. Each site is easy to locate and features hassle-free parking.
Our basic course is CMSP-approved. Upon successful completion, students receive a DL389 certificate to waive the DMV riding skills test. Our curriculum covers modern safety practices, accident prevention, cornering techniques, clutch control, and effective braking. Once you have mastered the essentials, you can advance to more complex skills like evasive maneuvers, high-speed cornering, and emergency brake control. Riders can continue their training as far as they like; our advanced coursework even covers suspension setup, body positioning, and trail braking. Instead of pouring money into your motorcycle, invest in the most valuable upgrade available: your own riding skills and confidence.
