Poway - Rancho Bernardo - Penasquitos Traffic Violator School has been operating since 1987. Owned and run by Alan Seldon, who holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and has received awards for acting and directing, the school features Alan as the instructor for all classroom courses. Classes meet at the La Quinta Inn in Rancho Penasquitos on the first and third Saturday of each month, shifting to the second and fourth Saturday during certain holiday weekends. We never cancel a session, and we guarantee a seat for every student. Alan’s engaging teaching style and practical approach to traffic laws and safe driving frequently earn him standing ovations.
