Overview

ABC Programs is a California-licensed provider of DUI treatment, dedicated to offering top-quality education and counseling for individuals convicted of driving under the influence. We provide first, second, and multiple offender programs in Los Angeles County, and first offender programs in Orange County. Most clients are referred by the court, county probation, or state parole, though voluntary enrollment is also welcome. All programs follow state law and county regulations, which determine the content and length required. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

Training Programs

  • Wet Reckless (SB 1176)

    Individuals convicted of a "wet-reckless" DUI offense must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education.

  • First Offender (AB 541) 3 or 4 months

    Individuals convicted of first DUI offense must complete a program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851 (b) consisting of education, group and individual counseling. Length of program varies by county.

  • First Offender (AB 762) 6 months

    As ordered by the court as condition of probation, individuals convicted of a first DUI offense may complete a 6 month program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851 (c) consisting of education, group and individual counseling.

  • ​First Offender (AB 1353) 9 months

    As ordered by the court as condition of probation, individuals convicted of a DUI offense with a BAC of .15% or greater,may be required to complete a 9 month program in compliance with Title 9, Section 985 (d) consisting of education, group and individual counseling.
