Promoting Lifelong Safety & Health Safety Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1934 to reduce injuries and save lives by empowering our community to make positive, life-changing decisions. We fulfill this mission by promoting lifelong safety and health through a wide range of community and professional programs. We help instill safety values in children, reinforce safe decision-making in teens, and build safe riding skills and strategies for motorcyclists. In the workplace, we cultivate a culture of awareness and responsibility. Our alcohol and drug programs empower positive behavior change, and we provide older adults with tools to adapt to the effects of aging. We’re passionate about safety, committed to empowering people with life-saving decisions, and dedicated to ethical relationships.
