RV Driving School

Gold Country Driving School was founded in 1995 by Ron and Melissa DeLaney, who wanted to make a meaningful difference for everyone traveling California’s roads. Over the years, we’ve expanded to include training for recreational vehicles, off-road (4-wheel-drive) driving, and defensive driving seminars that help businesses meet OSHA requirements. Our instructors meet the rigorous qualifications and testing required by both the California DMV and our own high standards. We believe learning never stops—so we constantly refine the training we provide to instructors and students alike. When our students develop the knowledge, sound judgment, and confidence to drive safely, we know we’re on the right road toward our mission.
