Overview

ABC Programs is a state-licensed California provider of DUI education and counseling. We offer first-offender, second-offender, and multiple-offender programs across Los Angeles County, plus first-offender programs in Orange County. Whether you were referred by a court, probation, or parole office or are voluntarily enrolling, we’re here to help. Every program meets state and county guidelines for structure and length, and all services are available in both English and Spanish.

Training Programs

4 offered

  • Wet Reckless (SB 1176)

    Individuals convicted of a "wet-reckless" DUI offense must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education.

  • First Offender (AB 541) 3 or 4 months

    Individuals convicted of first DUI offense must complete a program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851 (b) consisting of education, group and individual counseling. Length of program varies by county.

  • First Offender (AB 762) 6 months

    As ordered by the court as condition of probation, individuals convicted of a first DUI offense may complete a 6 month program in compliance with Title 9, Section 9851 (c) consisting of education, group and individual counseling.

  • ​First Offender (AB 1353) 9 months

    As ordered by the court as condition of probation, individuals convicted of a DUI offense with a BAC of .15% or greater,may be required to complete a 9 month program in compliance with Title 9, Section 985 (d) consisting of education, group and individual counseling.
